Class (Live on Zoom)
Learn practical skills to manage anger, protect your relationships, and respond instead of react—without leaving home. This 12-week live, virtual course combines education, coaching-style support, and real-world tools you can use right away. Our staff is CAMS Certified and the course is designed to meet many court-mandated anger management requirements in the state of Virginia, and documentation of completion can be provided.
Important: Final acceptance of any class for court, probation, CPS, or legal purposes is always at the discretion of the judge, attorney, or supervising agency. We recommend confirming with them before enrolling
Who This Class Is For
This course is for adults who:
Feel their anger is “too much” or hard to control.
Want to stop yelling, breaking things, or shutting down.
Are tired of hurting people they care about.
Want concrete skills they can use at home, work, or in relationships.
Have been referred by a court, attorney, probation officer, CPS, or employer to complete anger management
You do not need a mental health diagnosis to benefit from this group.
This is an educational and coaching-based program, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

How the Class Works (Virtual Format)
Format: Live, interactive group via Zoom
Length: 12 weeks
Session Time: 50–60 minutes per session
Location: Online – join from anywhere with an internet connection
Style: Teaching, discussion, and practical exercises (you choose how much you share)
You’ll also receive weekly homework sheets to help you apply the skills in real life between sessions.
Court-Mandated & Legal Use (Virginia)
This class is structured to fulfill most Virginia court-ordered anger management requirements for adults.
Upon successful completion (attendance and participation requirements met), participants can receive:
